Let's Talk
Vanessa DeDominicis

Vanessa practices in the areas of business law, real estate and wills and estates. As a Registered Trade-mark agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, her business law practice has a specific focus on intellectual property law, including filing Canadian and US trade-mark applications and advising clients on infringement issues. Vanessa is also qualified to represent Canadian trade-mark clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Her real estate practice is expanding to serve purchasers and vendors of freehold property and First Nations Land Developments. Vanessa's wills and estates practice is diversified, providing estate planning advice to client's who require simple wills in addition to advising on complex estate plans for higher net worth clients.

Vanessa graduated from the University of Exeter, England with a Bachelor of Law in 2001 and obtained a Canadian Equivalency law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2005. She practiced with a law firm in Winnipeg prior to joining Pushor Mitchell in 2006.

Away from the office, in the summer time Vanessa enjoys boating on Kalamalka Lake, fishing, kayaking, hiking, picnicking and relaxing in her hammock reading a good book. In the winter time, Vanessa can be found playing the piano and honing her pigeon Italian skills in the hope that on her next trip to visit the in-laws she will be able to converse with them a little better.
