Andrew provides business owners, business managers and individuals in the Kelowna area with advice and services in business law, real estate law and wills and estates. He guides companies through the creation of all types of commercial contracts, including commercial lending and finance agreements. He has written extensively on legal issues surrounding the sale of a business and the role of the board of directors.
Andrew also advises residential and commercial real estate owners throughout the Okanagan Valley on the purchase, sale and refinancing of all types of real property, including new construction, existing property and strata units. Finally, Andrew also helps individuals prepare and execute their wills and plan their estates.
Andrew has set down deep roots in the Kelowna community. Committed to the development of the region’s local business sector, he serves as Past President and Director of the Downtown Kelowna Association. He also serves as a Guest Lecturer at the UBC Okanagan Engineering School, teaching future engineers about "Forms of Business Organization."
Having earned business and law degrees, Andrew was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2006, and started his legal career conducting private and public equity financing in the mining and technology sectors with a national law firm in Toronto. Andrew continues to be qualified to practice law in Ontario. Andrew then came west and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2008.
Outside of work, Andrew is a sports nut who loves golfing, skiing and hockey! He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
