Allan has a litigation practice with a specific focus on construction law, wills and estate disputes and personal injury law. He has successfully represented clients with a wide range of personal and business disputes.
Allan is a graduate of Kelowna Secondary School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977 and his Bachelor of Law in 1980 both from University of British Columbia. He returned to Kelowna and joined Pushor Mitchell in 1982.
His construction clients include owners, general contractors and subcontractors that seek practical advice and cost effective solutions. His other clients seek advice on a variety of matters from personal injury to insurance coverage issues to commercial disputes to estate disputes. He has represented clients at all levels of Court throughout British Columbia.
Away from the office, Allan enjoys a wide range of athletic endeavours with his fitter and not always younger friends.
