Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2011 annual client survey. We really appreciate the time spent giving us feedback and the thoughtfulness of the written comments.

This is when our clients tell us what they think and we listen. All your responses help us with continually improving our service. We were delighted when 88% of the responses indicated that the “quality of advice provided” was excellent and 98% of the responses indicated that “we met their expectations”.

Another exciting piece of feedback for us was that 98.4% of those who responded indicated they would recommend us to others! While this is a great compliment, we do not want to become complacent.
