Zach Pashley is an associate lawyer with Pushor Mitchell who practices in the areas of Tax, Business Law, and Wills, Estates and Trusts.

Zach completed his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Victoria in 2011 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2014. During law school, he was an active member of the Law Students Legal Advice Program and Pro Bono Students Canada. Zach was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2015 and, after completing his articles at a large national law firm, he worked in the Vancouver office of Thorsteinssons LLP before joining Pushor Mitchell.

Zach’s practice primarily focuses on providing business and tax advice for private corporations and their shareholders as well as personal tax and estate planning. He places an emphasis on providing effective, efficient, and practical solutions to each of his clients, regardless of the complexity of their legal matters.

Away from the office, Zach enjoys skiing, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the Okanagan’s culinary scene.
