Okanagan College Foundation

The Okanagan College Foundation generates support from alumni, friends, corporations and foundations to enable students to participate in learning at Okanagan College, the largest college in British Columbia east of the Lower Mainland. The Foundation raises and manages private resources for the development and expansion of educational programs, services, capital projects, and student financial aid through scholarships, bursaries, and grants.

Partner Colin Edstrom is currently Vice Chair of the Okanagan College Foundation, and Partner Alf Kempf is the Past President. Our firm proudly supports several scholarships including:

  • The Pushor Mitchell LLP Scholarship for two annual student awards at Okanagan College’s Kelowna Campus.
  • The Pushor MItchell LLP Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate Scholarship for two student pursuing a career in this field.
  • The Pushor Mitchell Staff Fund Scholarship for a student pursuing the legal field.
  • The Pushor Mitchell LLP Human Service Worker Award for three students working toward their Human Service Worker diploma.

Pushor Mitchell supports the Okanagan College annual golf tournament with a hole sponsorship and fun activities on the hole include a “selfie photo frame”.
