The Kelowna General Hospital Foundation is an independent, volunteer-driven charitable organization committed to enhancing the delivery of health care to the patients of Kelowna General Hospital and its associated facilities.
Since its inception in 1978, the KGH Foundation has generated more than $57 million in revenues and granted more than $38 million to Kelowna General Hospital and other health facilities in the Central Okanagan. It holds more than $11 million in donor designated and endowed assets.
Pushor Mitchell is the founding and continuing sponsor of the Foundation’s Gift of Life Campaign, which began as a Christmas catalogue in 2007 and is now a year-round fundraising initiative that has generated millions of dollars of new medical equipment for KGH. Partner Theresa Arsenault is Past Vice-President of the Foundation.
