Bradley Cronquist’s practice focuses on real estate development and a full range of business law matters. In his real estate development practice, Brad counsels and represents developers, builders and investors from acquisition to project completion. He has provided legal advice on some of the largest projects in the Okanagan, including multi-family complexes and strata lot development. On behalf of his clients, he deals with municipalities on subdivision and zoning matters, handles issues such as fractional interests, air space parcel subdivisions and LCP designations, and negotiates security terms.

Brad advises companies ranging from small, owner-operated businesses to large private corporations, every step of the way. Whether the business is incorporating, forming a partnership, reorganizing or restructuring, Brad uses his experience to give each client sound, practical legal advice. His clients often ask him to draft commercial lending agreements, handle share and asset transactions, and represent clients buying or selling a business.

Brad holds a commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a law degree from the University of British Columbia. He has lived in Kelowna for more than 20 years and is extremely active in the community. He is currently a director of the Urban Development Institute, Okanagan Chapter, a Past President of the Kelowna Jaycees, a Senator of JCI International, and a Past President of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.

Away from the office, Brad continues his quest to find and become accomplished at some sporting activity. He road and mountain bikes, skis downhill and cross country and tries to stay limber doing yoga.
