Una Gabie
Una’s practice area involves business law, wills and estates, trusts, real estate and employment law. During her time with Pushor Mitchell she has been involved in a number of cases and transactions in these areas.
Una completed her undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University in 2004 and then obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2007. After summering with Pushor Mitchell in 2006, she returned to complete her articles in 2007 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008.
Away from the office, Una keeps busy with many activities including golf, softball, skiing, snowboarding, volleyball, running, wakeboarding and volunteering in the community. In her “spare time” her dogs help her enjoy all that life in the Okanagan has to offer.

Advice on corporate matters
Preparation of estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements
Providing advice on applications for probate and the administration of estates
Advice and preparation of commercial contracts including asset and share purchase agreements, security documents, commercial leases, employment and independent contractor agreements, and general contract work
Purchase, sale and refinancing of residential and commercial real estate
