Richard practices primarily in the area of criminal law including public prosecution work for the Department of Justice.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2010.  He joins the firm with a background in criminal prosecution, having completed his summer articles with the Crown Counsel’s office in Kelowna and his articles with the Special Prosecutions Office in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Away from the office, Richard is training in either boxing or karate.  He also plays the acoustic guitar and is an avid cook.
