Matt is developing a litigation practice with a focus on real estate litigation, strata law, estate disputes and insolvency issues.

Born and raised in Kelowna, Matt studied at UBC Okanagan and then left to complete his law degree at Dalhousie University. He returned to Kelowna in 2010 to join Pushor Mitchell as an articling student and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2011.

Away from the office, you may have trouble catching Matt as he is an avid runner who has successfully completed a number of marathons and half marathons.
