Mark is a litigation lawyer and partner with Pushor Mitchell LLP.  His practice focuses on construction disputes, builders liens, real estate and commercial disputes, and debtor/creditor claims.  He is also experienced with foreclosure matters.

Mark helps clients with construction disputes. He regularly appears in court on matters dealing with enforcing and disputing builders liens.  He is knowledgeable about BC’s homeowner protection legislation and helps owners and builders with compliance issues.  His clients include owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals, and he has acted for them in matters of all complexity.

Mark’s real estate and commercial litigation practice includes collapsed transactions for sale of businesses and property, commercial tenancy disputes, and claims for the supply of goods and services.

Mark articled with Pushor Mitchell LLP and has worked as a lawyer here since his call to the bar in 2010.

Mark and his wife moved to Kelowna in 2008, becoming the third generation of his family to settle here. Outside the office, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his two sons, skiing and snowboarding at Big White, and travelling.
