Lisa Holmes Wyatt

Lisa practices exclusively in the area of family law and heads our Family Law Group.

Lisa has extensive experience successfully protecting the rights of her clients in a wide range of family law situations. Her practical experience with the use of mediation and / or trial work as appropriate enables cost effective solutions. She has successfully represented clients on family law matters in all levels of Court in British Columbia.

After obtaining her Law Degree from University of British Columbia, Lisa started practicing law in 1991, joined Pushor Mitchell in 1996 and became a partner in 2004.

Away from the office, Lisa is kept busy with the various sporting activities of her three sons. During the spring and summer months you will likely find her cheering and providing guidance at a baseball diamond somewhere.  

Practice Focus: 
Representation in all aspects of family issues including custody, guardianship, support and asset division.
Preparation of family law agreements including separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements and marriage agreements.
Collaborative family law.
