Greg Pratch

Greg practices in litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury matters, employment-related disputes, real estate/strata disputes, and corporate/commercial disputes.  Greg has successfully represented clients in both British Columbia and Alberta at various levels of courts and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Greg completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Alberta and after working for several years in the youth justice system, obtained his Law Degree from the University of Alberta in 2005. He then joined a large Edmonton law firm to article in 2005/2006.  After practicing in Edmonton for almost 4 years, Greg could no longer resist the desire to live and work in Kelowna and joined Pushor Mitchell LLP in 2010.  Greg is a member of the law societies of B.C. and Alberta and is qualified to practice in both jurisdictions.

Away from the office, Greg can usually be found spending time with friends and family, playing hockey, hiking with his dogs, snowboarding, scuba diving or travelling to new places around the world.

Practice Focus: 
Personal Injury matters, acting in all cases for the injured party, involving all manner of injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical negligence and product liability matters
Employment disputes, including wrongful dismissal matters, as well as advising on general employment and privacy law issues as they pertain to the workplace
Commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and real estate and strata disputes
