Dustin is developing a general litigation practice.

He received a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree, with first class honors, from the University of Alberta in 2006. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 2010 from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he finished in the top 2% of his class.

Prior to joining Pushor Mitchell LLP, Dustin articled with a national law firm in Toronto. He was called to the bars of Ontario and British Columbia in 2011.

Away from the office, Dustin enjoys boating, skiing, reading, writing and playing and watching hockey and tennis.
