Pushor Mitchell Lawyer Obtains Us Trade-mark Attorney Recognition

Vanessa DeDominicis, Intellectual Property Lawyer and Registered Canadian Trade-mark Agent, has been accepted by the United States Patent and Trade-mark Office as a recognized Foreign Trade-mark Attorney.
 
This means that Vanessa is now able to prosecute US Trade-mark applications, maintain US Trade-mark registrations and practise before the United States Patent and Trade-mark Office in US Trade-mark matters on behalf of our Canadian clients. This is a very important service to be able to offer our Canadian clients as many of them who are pursuing trade-marks in Canada, also wish to register their trade-marks in the US.
