New Employment Standards Safety Posting Requirement

B.C.’s Employment Standards Regulation has been amended to establish a mandatory posting requirement for farm labour contractors.  In every vehicle used by a farm labour contractor to transport employees, a notice must be posted relating to vehicle and passenger safety requirements under the Motor Vehicle Act and Workers Compensation Act.
