A New Approach To Assessing Strata Hotel Units And Major Ski Hills


Changes to the Assessment Act that were introduced on April 24, 2007 mean that strata hotel units will now be assessed based on their actual use. This is excellent news for many taxpayers as it will promote fairness and resort/tourism growth.
