Kelowna Hell's Angels Case Could Affect Hell's Angels Across Canada


For years, B.C.'s Hells Angels have denied they're a criminal organization, arguing that while some of their members may have been convicted of criminal offences, that doesn't mean the entire club is a criminal gang. That assertion will finally be put to the test as a B.C. judge rules for the first time on an attempt to apply recent federal anti-gang legislation in B.C.The test case is the trial of a senior member of the East End Hells Angels who lived and operated in Kelowna.
