Icao Environmental Meeting - Airline Accountability?

On February 16, 2007, the International Civil Aviation Authority Committee on Environmental Protection announced that it had reached agreement, as to the guidance proposed to its member states, as to the incorporation of international aviation emissions into domestic emissions trading schemes.
