Don't Ignore Infringement Allegations

In the case 1st Technology v. Rational Ent. and Bodog (Fed. Cir. 2008) the plaintiff (1st Technology sued for Rational Ent. and Bodog for patent infringement.  The Defendants did not appear in court and plaintiffs were granted summary judgment in the amount of $46 million.  More information on this case is available at:
