The firm’s Technology and Securities Group also advises clients on a wide variety of legal issues relating to their Electronic Commerce initiatives and transactions, including intellectual property, domain name disputes, consumer protection and privacy, security, hardware, software and Internet service agreements, web site terms and conditions, contracting over the Internet and jurisdiction issues. We are currently developing a separate Technology and Securities component to our Legal Alert electronic newsletter through which we will be advising clients on new developments and legal issues in these areas.
